I have been following Efrain since the Ultimate Fighter. He is my inpsiration to getback into the gym and start training. I got to meet Efrain and I have alot more respect for him since then. He actually took the time to talk to me and give me some insight on the process to become a fighter. That was very much appreciated. I am a very big fan of the UFC, but Efrain is the man!! I am writing to you guys from mexico city its pretty awesome alot of people say it sucks but i personally like it.
